We make this with our irresistibly good almond base, layered with golden crème, and topped with classic milk chocolate and candied almond crunch. All smothered in a beautiful blanket of smooth milk chocolate.

Defrosting and serving
Remove from the packaging and leave to stand at room temperature. Your cake will have defrosted in between 20 and 40 minutes. Invite friends and family. Serve!

Sugar, EGG white, cream (MILK), EGG yolk, vegetable fats (palm, shea), ALMONDS (5%), vegetable oil (rapeseed), sunflower kernels, BUTTERMILK powder, cocoa butter, sweet apricot kernels, whey powder (from MILK), cocoa mass, skimmed MILK powder, MILK fat, sweetened condensed skimmed MILK (MILK, sugar), salt, sugar syrup, brown sugar, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), flavouring.

Storage And Durability
Always store in a freezer at -18°C or colder. The Best Before date is printed on the box, but don’t throw away good cakes unnecessarily. They will usually retain their taste and freshness if stored in the freezer, and they will remain delicious even when eaten after the Best Before date. Almondy tips
The cake is ready for serving
To make it easier to serve, we have made sure that most of our cakes can be ordered pre-cut, with perfectly-sized ready-made slices. Simply remove the cardboard tray, and place the cake on a chopping board or work surface. All that’s then left to do is to place the slices onto plates, and serve! Remember to serve the cake chilled. This ensures that it is served with just the right consistency and flavour. Good luck!
