Almond Cake is our classic cake, but comes in a larger format for our Foodservice customers. Just like the version of the cake that can be bought in shops, this is based on an original Swedish recipe from 1890. Here we combine our irresistibly tasty almond base with a golden crème, and top it all off with finely roasted almond flakes.

Defrosting and serving
Remove from the packaging and leave to stand at room temperature. Your cake will have defrosted in between 20 and 40 minutes. Invite friends and family. Serve!

EGG white, sugar, cream (MILK), EGG yolk, ALMONDS (10%), vegetable fat (palm, shea), BUTTERMILK powder, sunflower kernels, sweet apricot kernels, invert sugar syrup, sugar syrup, brown sugar, salt.
MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF PEANUTS AND HAZELNUTS.

The cake is ready for serving
To make it easier to serve, we have made sure that most of our cakes can be ordered pre-cut, with perfectly-sized ready-made slices. Simply remove the cardboard tray, and place the cake on a chopping board or work surface. All that’s then left to do is to place the slices onto plates, and serve! Remember to serve the cake chilled. This ensures that it is served with just the right consistency and flavour. Good luck!
