the Göteborg-based chef Katja Palmdahl, who is an experienced cook. Katja has won many awards, including a gold medal at the Cold Buffet Championships and the accolade of Årets Wilhelmina, the top prize at Sweden’s largest competition for female chefs. Her recipes often appear in newspapers and on TV and she has published a number of cookery books. Smaklig maltid! (as we say in Sweden for Bon appetit!)
