We recommend that you try some of the delicious serving suggestions above. The recipes were created by the Göteborg-based chef Katja Palmdahl, who is an experienced cook. Katja has won many awards, including a gold medal at the Cold Buffet Championships and the accolade of Årets Wilhelmina, the top prize at Sweden’s largest competition for female chefs.
