An irresistible slice of Sweden…

With an almond base as the principal ingredient and following a secret Swedish recipe from the 1890s, we bake our tårta with carefully selected ingredients with no artificial colourings or preservatives. The fact that they do not contain flour also means they are gluten free. They all taste irresistibly good and are simple to deal with (you just need to thaw and serve!), but that’s where the similarities end. Our tårta are available in as many flavours as the days of the week, and are suitable for parties and everyday eating. We recommend that you always have a small stock in the freezer – both family and friends are guaranteed to appreciate it!
