Quick frozen. Gluten- and wheat-free. Free from artificial colourings and preservatives.

Ingredients

Cream, sugar, egg white, cream cheese (11%) (milk, cream, milk protein, salt, lactic culture), raspberries (8,5%), water, vegetable fat, glucose syrup, almonds, apricot kernels, modified starch, acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrate, calcium phosphate), gelling agent (gellan gum), flavouring. Contains milk, egg, almonds. May contain traces of peanuts.

Defrosting
At room temperature, wrapping removed: Slice approx. 1 hour; whole cheesecake approx. 2 hours.

Serving tip
This tårta can easily be cut while frozen. When cutting, use a sharp knife dipped in hot water. We recommend serving it chilled, although it also tastes excellent at room temperature.
