Quick frozen. Gluten- and wheat-free. Free from artificial colourings and preservatives.

Ingredients

Egg white, sugar, cream, dark chocolate* (15%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla), egg yolk, vegetable fat, almonds (7,5%), apricot kernels, buttermilk powder, cocoa powder, freeze-dried coffee, salt. Contains milk, egg, soya lecithin, almonds. May contain traces of peanuts. *The chocolate contains 60% cocoa solids.

Defrosting
At room temperature, wrapping removed: Slice 10 minutes; whole tårta 30 minutes. In microwave oven on defrost setting (150W), wrapping removed: Slice approx. 25–30 seconds; whole tårta approx. 1½ minutes.

Storage in refrigerator +6°C: up to 7 days
Storage in ice compartment -6°C: up to 30 days
Storage in freezer -18°C: check best before end date on packaging

Serving tip
This tårta can easily be cut while frozen. When cutting, use a sharp knife dipped in hot water. We recommend serving it chilled, although it also tastes excellent at room temperature.
